1.1          A bill for an act
1.2          relating to higher education; appropriating money for student mental health services
1.3          on Minnesota State Colleges and Universities campuses.
1.4          BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.5          Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS; STUDENT MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.
 1.6        $250,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $250,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the
1.7          general fund to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities to
1.8          contract with independent mental health organizations to provide on-campus student mental
1.9          health services at up to five state colleges under Minnesota Statutes, section 136F.20,
1.10       subdivision 3.
