It is a bill(though be it with no title as act or law) in support for helping the homeless in Hennepin county.
As it deals with funding towards the homeless shelters in Hennepin county for all people of color.
For this bill, it grants $10,000,000 to shelter services such as Simpson Housing services, Agate Housing Services, for designing,constructing,equipping,and furnishing equipment in order to aid people with homelessness.
Also with this bill, Hennepin County may contract help from eligible nonprofit organizations and local tribal units to provide services under the grant program
