- Committee Discussion:
- Members engaged in discussions about the bills, seeking clarification on specific provisions and raising questions about potential impacts on constituents.
- Vice Chair Lundberg emphasized the importance of equitable access in health-related initiatives.
- CA Budul provided additional insights, ensuring procedural compliance and effective member communication.
- Committee Action:
- The committee passed all 13 bills.
- We still have four more bills from committee members, and then we will move to other bills referred from other committees.
- Each bill was referred to other relevant committees for further review and consideration.

- Day one of Model Legislature: It was truly inspiring to witness young people passionately engaging in democracy, stepping up as movers and shakers in shaping our future. Their energy, determination, and vision are powerful reminders that the next generation is not waiting for change—they are driving it. Seeing their commitment to making a difference fills me with hope and confidence in a brighter, more inclusive tomorrow.
