Hello madam chair and members, i will be Bill HF1170, this bill is about medical abortion payment rates and abortion related services. Why this bill should be passed? It will give financial assistance for getting an abortion, you dont have to be rich to get an abortion. women should have the right to say or do with their bodies. Women should have the freedom they deserve and need. It shouldn't matter how much money you make to access health care. There some women who physically who can not take care of the child due to mental health and physical well being, this can cause both the mom and the baby to have quality of life. when the women  can’t pay for an abortion and if they end up having the baby the mom will have a higher chance to become depressed and might face some economics hardships. Members and madam chair I hope guys support this bil
