Due to the circumstance that children placed in foster care have no legal guardian or parent, it could be evident that individuals from foster care struggle to support themselves financially compared to children raised in households. This difference demonstrates a disadvantage foster children perhaps may be more prone to as they lack financial resources that could come from parents or legal guardians. In conclusion, this bill should come as a definite solution for children that have been abandoned leading to a lack of given resources that could have helped them thrive when an adult.
