Pros
It is a public health hazard that doesn't harm just the smoker but also civilians around them from second hand smoking. Smoking in public also hurts the building, and hurts the landlord and the value of the building by traveling to areas where non-smokers are. Smoking also hurts the air quality escpecialhy in dense living conditions. This bill also supports other multi-living household rules and will help maintain consistent rules and stop loopholes with medical cannabis.
Cons
Limits access to medical cannabis for people who use it to help a medical condition, witht his bill, they would have to rely on slower methods. It would also be hard to enforce, resulting in neighbor arguments. This would also go against home rights, in the home is where most people would use cannabis.
