1.1         A bill for an act
1.2         relating to capital investment; appropriating money for an aviation museum.
1.3         BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.4         Section 1. APPROPRIATION; WINGS OF THE NORTH AVIATION MUSEUM
1.5         AND EDUCATION CENTER.
 1.6        $100,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the Minnesota
1.7         Historical Society for a grant to Wings of the North for predesign and site development of
1.8         an aviation museum and education center on the campus of Flying Cloud Airport in the city
1.9         of Eden Prairie. This appropriation is available until the project is completed or abandoned,
1.10       subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
