1.3          BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.4          Section 1. RULES NOT EFFECTIVE.
 1.5        The amendments to Minnesota Rules, part 8710.2000, published in the State Register,
1.6          volume 47, page 988, are void and do not take effect.

1.7          EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective the day following final enactment.
