1.2          relating to capital investment; appropriating money for lead service line replacement
1.3          grants.
1.4          BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.5          Section 1. APPROPRIATION; LEAD SERVICE LINE REPLACEMENT GRANTS.
1.6        $180,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the Public
1.7          Facilities Authority to provide grants under Minnesota Statutes, section 446A.077. This
1.8          appropriation is onetime and is available until June 30, 2033.
