1.1          A bill for an act
1.2          relating to natural resources; modifying age to angle without a license;amending
1.3          Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 97A.451, subdivision 8.
1.4          BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.5          Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 97A.451, subdivision 8, is amended to read:
1.6                          Subd. 8.Residents 90 65 years of age or older; fishing. A resident age 90 65 or older
1.7          may take fish without a license.

1.8.         The fishing hours to be 140 hours indoor learning and 100 hours outdoor learning and will need 1 million dollars for a life long fishing permit and life jacket.
