1.1          A bill for an act
1.2          relating to agriculture; appropriating money for wolf-livestock conflict prevention
1.3          grants.
1.4          BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.5          Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS; WOLF-LIVESTOCK CONFLICT PREVENTION
1.6          GRANTS.
 1.7        $45,000 $200,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $45,000 $100,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the
1.8          general fund to the commissioner of agriculture for wolf-livestock conflict prevention grants
1.9          under Minnesota Statutes, section 3.737. The commissioner may use a portion of this
1.10       appropriation to support nonlethal prevention work performed by federal wildlife services.
